 Q - How do I download a file? 

A - Click on the Animate Wallpaper Zip file  of your choice,

a Dialogo Box will open and ask you if you want Save  or Run the file (Animate Wallpaper).

Select "Save" and a window will open asking where you want to save the file.

Select "Desktop" which will make it easier for you to find the Animate Wallpaper file.
When the download is completed, look for the  file on your desktop. Unzip the file.

Right click on  that file (Animate Wallpaper) and from the Menu Select Run as Administrator.
